Charge the battery: Insert the 16.8 V Li‑ion battery into the charger and plug into a mains socket for at least 2 hours until the charging light shows full 2.
Install battery: Open battery door by turning knob counter‑clockwise, align the pack grooves, push in until it clicks, then close and secure knob clockwise 3.
Fill the solution tank: Unlatch and remove the tank, fill with approved water‑based disinfectant, wipe excess moisture, then secure back into housing 4.
Select nozzle setting: Remove the battery, insert nozzle wrench, align tabs, and rotate until you hear a click to select 40 μm, 80 μm, or 110 μm spray droplets 5.
Start spraying: Power on the unit, hold the wand 4–6 ft from surfaces, and spray in slow “S‑shaped” passes with slight overlap. Move from far end toward exit for efficiency 6.
Battery and runtime: LED indicators show remaining charge (each light = 20%). Replace 3,400 mAh packs twice/day or upgrade to the 6,400 mAh for up to 8 hours runtime 7.
Cleaning & storage: Turn off the unit, remove the battery and tank. Fill with clean water and spray for 1 minute per nozzle setting to rinse thoroughly. Wipe down and store dry 8.

Do not insert objects into nozzle; avoid operating near pacemakers or medical devices within 10 ft (~3 m) 10.
Spray only water‑based disinfectants approved for electrostatic use. Avoid flammables or oil-based liquids 11.
Store batteries away from conductive items; do not expose charger to liquids or block its ventilation 12.

1. Charge the Battery: Use the supplied charger. Full charge takes ~2 hours and lasts ~4 hours.
2. Fill the Tank: Unscrew and remove the tank. Fill with approved water-based disinfectant, reattach, and lock it in place.
3. Insert the Battery: Slide it into the rear compartment until it clicks into place.
4. Choose Nozzle Size: Use the nozzle tool to install 40, 80, or 110 micron nozzles (small, medium, or large droplet size).
5. Spray Surfaces: Hold 2–3 feet from the target. Use slow, overlapping "S" motion for full coverage.
6. Grounding: Ensure one hand stays in contact with the grounding strip or unpainted metal surfaces.
7. Clean After Use: Empty tank and flush with water. Spray water for 30 seconds to clear the system. Dry and store safely.
