12-Month Warranty on Our Work
We stand behind the quality of our work. BioShield360 provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on eligible services, covering the agreed work carried out by our team.
If a genuine workmanship issue occurs within the warranty period, we will assess the affected area and, where covered, provide an appropriate remedial service.
The warranty covers workmanship and the agreed service only. It does not guarantee that mould, pests, odours, humidity, contamination or other problems will not return where an underlying cause remains, including leaks, structural defects, condensation, excessive humidity, inadequate ventilation, reinfestation or new contamination.
The warranty applies only to the original agreed scope of work and is subject to applicable UK law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
